Multi-List ​

Overview ​

Multi-List is a flexible sidebar that lets you manage multiple selections, bags, or result sets at once — all in parallel. It acts like a clipboard or project tray, helping you compare, combine, or track different groups during your exploration.

Purpose ​

  • View and interact with multiple bags, searches, or point groups simultaneously.
  • Compare different topics, hypotheses, or clusters side-by-side.
  • Support organization across projects, collaborators, or use cases.

Key Features ​

  • Side-by-Side Lists: Each list shows the name, color, and number of points.
  • Click to Focus: Clicking a list highlights those points in the space.
  • Editable & Persistent: Rename lists, change colors, or export selections as needed.
  • Cross-List Operations: Compare lists using plots, flashcards, or table views.

Tips: ​

  • Use multi-list during in-depth comparisons (e.g., red vs. green bags, or multiple search results).
  • Rename lists for clarity: #Relevant, #ReviewLater, #TrainingSet1.
  • Multi-list works great with Flashcards, Reader, and Table View for organized insight review.
