Overview

Journeys are guided exploration paths through your Mantis space, like interactive storylines that walk through key ideas, points, and insights in a specific order.

Purpose

• Present insights as a sequence: “First we saw this… then we noticed that…”
• Help others follow your analysis without needing to replicate every step.
• Convert deep dives into reusable walkthroughs.

Key Features

• Point-by-Point Navigation: Each step highlights a set of points and shows accompanying notes, vignettes, or visuals.
• Narrated or Silent: Add custom narration or let the user browse silently.
• Reusable: Journeys can be saved, shared, and replayed for presentations, teaching, or reporting.
• Supports Multimedia: Embed plots, summaries, flashcards, or reader views at each stop.

Tips:

• Use Journeys for lab meetings, grant reviews, or onboarding collaborators.
• Start a Journey from a bag, cluster, or set of vignettes.
• Add visual transitions or overlays to improve clarity and flow.
