Hashtags are lightweight, flexible labels you can attach to any point, cluster, or bag in Mantis. They help you organize, track, and revisit ideas across complex spaces — like digital sticky notes for your data.

Purpose

• Quickly annotate data points or selections with themes, notes, or categories.
• Create custom groupings independent of clustering or bag structure.
• Instantly filter or highlight all points with the same tag.

Key Features

• Custom Labels: Add your own hashtags like #important, #followup, #hypothesis1 to selected content.
• Universal Access: Tags apply across views, floors, and data types — from papers to images to molecules.
• One-Click Filtering: Click a hashtag to show or isolate all tagged items.

Tips

• Use hashtags to track tasks (e.g., #review, #includeInReport).
